Concert
The CID invites you to join us on several Sundays this summer for a concert of classical music by young talent, as well as a convivial aperitif in the summer heat.
This Sunday 24 August, at 11am, the Cairn ensemble, born in 2022 in the bosom of the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles, where Veronica Samyn and Margaux Goubet met with a passion for the recorder, will be unveiling its talents.
Cairn is a dynamic ensemble, with other musicians joining in depending on the programme.
On 24 August, Maureen De Smet (recorders) and Lysianne Vincent (cornet à bouquin and recorders) will be joining Cairn for the “Post(e) Alamire” programme, a selection of the cream of Flemish polyphony from the period 1495-1535.
On the programme: Pipelare, de La Rue, Ghiselin, Prioris, Compère, Brumel, etc.
Price: 10 euros (concert, aperitif and access to the exhibition rooms).
